Kyle R. Franceski is an Associate Attorney at Hart Law, where he maintains a versatile general practice with a strong focus on criminal defense litigation. He represents clients in a broad range of legal matters, including personal injury, family law, business law, real estate, and estate planning.

Kyle is highly regarded for his work in criminal defense, handling cases ranging from summary offenses and DUIs to drug delivery, aggravated assault, and homicide. His extensive courtroom experience, including his prior service as an Assistant Public Defender in Luzerne County, has made him a skilled and confident advocate for individuals facing serious charges. He currently serves as a Conflicts Attorney for Lackawanna County, continuing his commitment to ensuring that all individuals—regardless of financial means—have access to competent and effective legal representation.

Kyle graduated from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, where he served as the Business/External Managing Editor of the Widener Commonwealth Law Review. While in law school, he interned with United States Magistrate Judge Joseph F. Saporito, Jr. in the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He was also a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and earned certificates in Business Advising and Diversity and Inclusion.

Kyle is active in the local legal community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Young Lawyers Division of the Lackawanna Bar Association. He is also a member of the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

A native of Northeastern Pennsylvania, Kyle earned his B.S. in Biology from Pennsylvania State University and is a graduate of Sacred Heart Jr./Sr. High School.
