Garcia-Pons
Administrative Assistant

Rebecca Garcia-Pons serves as the Administrative Assistant at Hart Law, where she brings more than 20 years of experience in administration, operations, publishing, and program management to the firm’s growing team.
Rebecca’s professional background spans leadership roles in both the nonprofit and publishing sectors, including over a decade with a global nonprofit organization where she managed hundreds of projects annually, oversaw multimillion-dollar operations, and helped streamline systems designed to improve the lives and working conditions of people around the world. Her experience includes project coordination, client relations, operations management, budgeting, and organizational development — all skills that translate seamlessly into supporting Hart Law’s commitment to exceptional client service.
Prior to her nonprofit work, Rebecca spent years in local publishing and advertising, giving her deep roots in the Northeastern Pennsylvania community and a strong appreciation for small businesses, local organizations, and community engagement.
Rebecca is also a founding board member of the Scranton Shakespeare Festival and has remained actively involved in community and volunteer initiatives throughout her career. Her collaborative, compassionate, and solutions-focused approach makes her a natural fit for Hart Law’s mission of serving clients with professionalism, empathy, and common-sense guidance.
Outside the office, Rebecca enjoys travel, books, PSU football, Yankees baseball, and spending time outdoors with her Labrador retriever, Storm. Her appreciation for community, people, and the outdoors aligns closely with Hart Law’s “Legal by Nature” philosophy and the firm’s commitment to helping individuals and families throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.
