We are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our team. Our law firm focuses on real estate law, and we are looking for a knowledgeable and skilled individual to assist our attorneys in managing real estate transactions from start to finish. Responsibilities: • Reviewing and analyzing title reports, surveys, and other due diligence materials • Preparing and drafting legal documents, including deeds, leases, and purchase agreements • Conducting legal research and providing analysis to attorneys • Assisting in closings and preparing closing binders • Managing files and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements • Communicating with clients, title companies, and other third-party vendors Requirements: • At least 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal • Knowledge of real estate transactions and related legal documents • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys and support staff • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills We offer a salaried position with a competitive pay starting at $24/hour and up, based on experience.
