Jeffrey W. Nepa studied at Pennsylvania’s University of Scranton, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. He then took up law and earned his Juris Doctor degree at the Oklahoma City University School of Law. In 1994, Jeff was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar.

Upon graduation from law school, Jeff completed a Clerkship with the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas under the Honorable James Munley. Since 1996, however, he has been in private practice, establishing Nepa & McGraw, P.C. Law Offices in Carbondale together with partner Atty. Joseph McGraw.

Jeffrey has been practicing law for a little over 18 years, and is greatly experienced and knowledgeable in all areas of elder law, estate planning, probate, estate administration, wills & trusts, business succession planning, gas royalty planning, veterans planning, special needs planning along with real estate law pertaining to purchases, sales, leases, and litigation. He also has experience with divorce, family law and personal injury issues.
